Cholesterol does not dissolve in water, so that cholesterol can be carried through the bloodstream, it must form a lipoprotein structure .

GOOD CHOLESTEROL VS BAD CHOLESTEROL
In the body there is HDL (high - density lipoprotein) and LDL (low density lipoprotein ). HDL is the good cholesterol, and LDR is the bad cholesterol. HDL keep arteries to keep them clean for heart health. While LDL is called bad cholesterol because it can cause constriction of blood vessels.

THE EFFECTS OF HIGH CHOLESTEROL
The blood vessels have an important function for the body. If an interruption in the blood vessels then it will have an effect on health. The diseases caused by bad cholesterol is heart attack and stroke

HOW TO PREVENT THE EFFECTS OF CHOLESTEROL
After knowing what the cause of cholesterol, then you should avoid foods high in LDL. In addition, to increase the good cholesterol in the body, you can consume some foods following namely :

  1. Avocado
    avocado is a fruit that is rich in folic acid which is good for the body
  2. Fish
    omega - 3 contained in fish can help reduce bad cholesterol, and also can increase good cholesterol
  3. Nuts
    although it looks a lot of fat, nuts have lower bad cholesterol

In addition to the above foods, you should avoid foods that could potentially increase the bad cholesterol, the type of food that should be avoided are :

  1. Eggs quail
    quail eggs contain high bad cholesterol which is about 3,640 mg
  2. Cow Brain
    cow brain is a delicious meal. however, cattle brains have high cholesterol levels is 2.300mg
